Case I : If you have completed your KYC

  1. Go to 'Profile' > 'Reset MPIN' > 'Forgot MPIN'
  2. Enter full PAN number
  3. Enter OTP sent to your registered email address
  4. Set new MPIN
  5. Confirm your new MPIN

Case II : If you haven’t completed your KYC

  1. Go to 'Profile' > 'Reset MPIN' > 'Forgot MPIN'
  2. Enter OTP sent to your registered email address
  3. Set new MPIN
  4. Confirm your new MPIN

And, Voila! you can now use your new MPIN
